ChatGPT visibility tracker

ChatGPT visibility tracker
for the questions buyers ask

Every ChatGPT number in Zumi opens to the answer behind it: which buyer questions mention the brand, which competitors appear instead, and which pages get cited. ChatGPT can be tracked on every plan.

Inside the platform

Every ChatGPT number opens to the answer behind it.

Each tracked buyer question keeps its full ChatGPT answer beside brand mentions, competitors, position, and cited pages, so a change can be read before anyone acts on it.

What Zumi shows in a ChatGPT report

01

Find the questions that leave the brand out

See where ChatGPT mentions the brand across the tracked buyer questions and where it does not.

02

Compare the competitors it mentions

Read competitor presence alongside share of voice (the brand's portion of all brand mentions) and average position (where the brand tends to appear in the answer's list).

03

Inspect sources before acting

Review the cited pages, then use Zumi's prioritized content and coverage recommendations for ChatGPT.

Example buyer questions

Build a ChatGPT report around buyer questions

Start with the questions buyers ask before they know the brand. Keep each question stable, and read the full answer whenever a mention, competitor, or cited page changes.

01Discover

What tools help a marketing team understand where its brand appears in AI answers?

Shows whether the brand appears when buyers have not named any vendor yet.
02Compare

How do [brand] and [competitor] compare for multi-brand reporting?

Shows which capabilities the answer uses to separate two options.
03Decide

Which AI visibility platform fits an agency with separate client workspaces?

Tests a specific buying requirement instead of a broad category mention.
Inside the report

Questions a Zumi ChatGPT report answers

The report connects each buyer question to the answer, the competing brands, and the visible sources, so the next step is clear.

QuestionWhat Zumi showsNext step
Which questions mention a competitor but not the brand?

The tracked question and full answer sit beside brand and competitor presence.

Read what the answer says about the competitor, then brief content that covers the same buyer requirement.

Is the brand mentioned without a link to its own site?

Mention rate (how often answers mention the brand) and citation share (how often they link to its pages) are reported separately, with cited domains and pages listed when ChatGPT shows them.

Check how ChatGPT describes the brand, then see which pages it cites for the same topic.

Did a change happen in the same buyer questions?

Daily tracking shows visibility over time for one fixed set of questions.

Open the answers before treating a position change as a real shift in ranking.

Measurement boundary

What ChatGPT tracking can and cannot show

Zumi measures the selected buyer questions and their daily answers. It does not estimate every ChatGPT conversation or prove that an answer caused a visit or sale. Zumi records the source links ChatGPT shows with an answer; an answer without links still shows its mentions and competitors.

How to appear in ChatGPT answers Source: OpenAI's guide to ChatGPT Search
From data to action

Decide what to publish and where to earn coverage

Zumi organizes per-engine recommendations around content to create and coverage to earn.

Owned media

Content to create

Zumi lists the buyer questions where competitors appear and the brand does not, so new content can target the biggest gaps first.

Earned media

Coverage to earn

Zumi shows the domains and pages ChatGPT cites in those answers, so outreach can target the sources that already shape them.

Plan scope

ChatGPT is on every plan.

ChatGPT is part of the recommended starting set for Starter and Growth, which Zumi bases on where the brand's buyers search. Each plan has an engine allowance, and Enterprise scales up to nine engines.
