Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Zumi website at https://www.zumihq.com or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Zumi services.

You may use the Zumi website and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the services in any way that violates applicable laws, infringes on the rights of others, or could harm or impair the Zumi platform or infrastructure.

If you request a demo or join the founding-partner cohort, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify Zumi immediately of any unauthorised use.

All content, trademarks, logos, and software on the Zumi website and platform are owned by or licensed to Zumi. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission from Zumi.

Zumi is operating under a founding-partner model. Commercial terms, billing cadence, and renewal mechanics are set out in the individual partner agreement signed at onboarding and not in public pricing. Cancellations follow the terms of that agreement.

Your use of the Zumi services is also governed by the Zumi Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using the services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

The Zumi services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Zumi does not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zumi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the services, even if Zumi has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Zumi reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which Zumi operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.

Zumi may modify these Terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be provided by posting on the Zumi website or via email. Your continued use of the services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
